Zeo Church is spiritually led by our pastoral team under the apostolic leadership of our Senior Leaders. We are committed to Spirit-led leadership that is aligned, accountable, and grounded in biblical truth.
We are also relationally covered by trusted spiritual fathers who provide wisdom, accountability, and apostolic oversight in our lives and ministry. These leaders include Dennis Goldsworthy-Davis, Robert Henderson, and Micheal Spencer.
From a governance standpoint, Zeo Church is legally overseen by a Board of Directors who ensure financial accountability and organizational integrity.
We do not operate with a traditional eldership model—elected or otherwise. Instead, we function through a relational, apostolic structure that prioritizes unity, clarity, and forward movement in what God is doing.

Yes! We believe in the full biblical role of women in leadership and teaching.
Scripture affirms this clearly: in Acts 2:17, God declares that He will pour out His Spirit on all people, “your sons and your daughters shall prophesy.” Throughout the New Testament, women like Priscilla (Acts 18:26), Phoebe (Romans 16:1), and Junia (Romans 16:7) were entrusted with significant leadership and ministry roles.
